Experienced Commercial Contractor

Roy Ness Contracting can provide a wide range of construction services. We enjoy working with our customers to design and build a new facility that meets their specific needs. In the past we have designed low-rise manufacturing buildings, “lofted” tall manufacturing spaces with over 100’ clear height inside, machine shops, crane buildings, office space, retail stores, strip malls, credit unions, banks, churches, grocery stores and many other conventional structures.

We have also done a wide range of conventional and metal building projects that were designed by others and successfully bid and then constructed by Roy Ness Contracting.

We Specialize in Varco Pruden Steel Buildings

Steel structural systems are a durable, reliable, and cost-effective building solution for all your commercial and industrial manufacturing facility needs. From recreation facilities to breweries and distilleries, steel framing systems are a game-changer in the building process. Whether you require specific interior building heights to accommodate equipment and storage or need a building to withstand extreme weather conditions, we offer several different metal framing systems to fit the needs of nearly all types of metal buildings.

Our Process

Meet with one of Ness’s experienced Design & Build personnel to discuss your needs, location, goals, budget, type of construction, etc.

Ness Contracting will, within a reasonable period of time, produce a preliminary plan for critical review by all stakeholders. This may require several meetings and will continue until the customer is comfortable with the preliminary plan.

Ness contracting will produce a budget set of plans and specifications for final review and adjustment along with an estimate of cost.

Ness contracting at this point will get final bids from their carefully selected subcontractors (your preference here is a factor if need be), complete the final plans and specifications, and a Design & Build conctract. A down-payment may be required at this point.

Ness Contracting is a full time building contractor, if some warranty work is required, you have ONE point of contact to deal with. No passing the buck. That is one of the outstanding benefits of Design & Build, along with money, time saved and fewer non-productive costs.

We are also Turn Key Construction. When we complete the job you simply MOVE IN!
