Ordering instructions for our online store are below. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact

- Our products are listed in categories and subcategories that appear on your left sidemenu. Browse through them by clicking a category and scrolling through the items. If the category has a subcategory, it will appear beneath the currently selected category. Remember that some categories have more the one page of items.
- To add an item to your shopping cart, click on its name or the More Info link after its description to view more detailed product information. Enter a valid quantity in the text box and click the Add to Cart button. You then are brought to your cart where you can update quantities, keep shopping, or checkout.
- When you are finished shopping, click the View Cart link on the left sidemenu and then
click the Checkout button.
- Now type in the name and address where your order will be shipped to. Click the Continue button.
- Here you can review your order and shipping information. If everything is correct, select a payment option. To pay
securely with your credit card online, click the Online button. To pay by mail or fax, click the Offline button.
- Online payments: Go to the next step.
- Offline payments: Print the receipt page and then contact Tom VanDrese at 906-786-2254 to complete your order. Thank you from ordering from Roy Ness!
- Since you chose Online payment, you must enter your credit card billing information. Your previously entered shipping
information is automatically entered as billing information; change it if necessary. Then enter the name on your credit card,
the card type, expriation date, number, and card security code. You may enter your card number with or without dashes. Click
the Continue button after you've entered the correct information.
- You now have one last chance to review your order. Make sure the items, shipping, and billing information is correct and then click the Purchase button. Save the next receipt page for your records. Your order will be sent to us immediately and we will start working on it as soon as your credit card is approved. Thank you from ordering from Roy Ness!
