Roy Ness Contracting can provide a wide range of construction services. We enjoy working with our customers to design and build a new facility that meets their specific needs. In the past we have designed low-rise manufacturing buildings, “lofted” tall manufacturing spaces with over 100’ clear height inside, machine shops, crane buildings, office space, retail stores, strip malls, credit unions, banks, churches, grocery stores and many other conventional structures.

At other times we operate as simply a “General Contractor” when bidding on various projects that are offered in the bid marketplace. This is often the case in government funded projects like colleges, schools, harbor improvements, airport improvements, water and wastewater treatment plants. We have also done a wide range of conventional and metal building projects that were designed by others and successfully bid and then constructed by Ness Contracting.

We employ a very well trained and experienced crew of carpenters, cement finishers, brick & stone masons, laborers, iron workers, and equipment operators. With this group of skilled trades people we routinely provide the following services; foundations & formed concrete, flat concrete on grade, wood & metal stud framing, wood trusses & sheeting, reinforcing steel, steel erection, metal wall and roof sheeting, standing seam roofing, asphalt shingle roofing, stone masonry, brick and block work, exterior insulation & finish work (EIFS), doors & hardware, finish carpentry, cabinet work and other general-trades type of work.
